....Children who live in rural areas or islands may not have the same rights to an education compared to those who live in the cities, because of the shortage in the electricity supplied.
....In the extremely poor areas, the children are the labor force at the farms during day time, since the starvation problem has the highest priority. Obviously, they won't have time to go to school to get an education and when they get home it's already dark. Consequently, this will be a vicious circle where the poor remain poor, because they won't have the chance to improve their life standard through education.
....To harvest the renewable energy sources by using solar- or wind power systems can provide a good solution for these predicaments. These systems can easily be installed and ready to harvest electricity directly from nature with very low maintenance required. By supplying the electricity to lights, computers, TV, or any other equipment needed for teaching, the children can be brought back to school after the farming work. This can then help to bridge the divide between urban and rural areas.
